In the Staffordshire moorlands, just next to the Peak District, we keep English Longhorn and Aberdeen Angus cattle, which we mature for 28 days, Berkshire and Tamworth pigs for pork, bacon and sausages,whilst sourcing lamb, mutton, goat and game from only the choisest, hand picked suppliers.
