These Smash Mince Pattys are from a 1/2 Wagyu 1/2 Aberdeen Angus born and raised on our family farm.

100% dry aged wagyu mince formed into a 5oz ball, for you to create authentic smash burgers at home. Simply add salt and pepper whilst cooking on your griddle/frying pan.

Please note as there are no preservatives, these will only arrive with 2 days’ shelf life.
