Roast the minced beef fat until it has rendered, purify through a muslin cloth, then simply use the liquid beef fat in place of your conventional fat/oil. Can be left to set and used from your fridge to replace seed oils.
Using beef fat to fry steaks imparts a wonderful flavour, and has a higher smoking point than conventional oils.
