Our 400-454g Cote de Boeufs are a real favourite with our restaurant customers. We cut these by splitting each rib bone down the length to give a portion size that’s really generous for one, but also more than enough to share.
Trimmed so that you have just the best of the rib-eye and a short bone, this is effectively a tomahawk without the excessive price.
Salt aged for a minimum of 28 days, these are one of the best steaks to cook on the BBQ.
