These are the real deal, cut from bones 3, 4, 5 & 6, the mid section of the short ribs, our 4 bone short rib racks are a great braising or smoked BBQ cut.

Dry aged to improve flavour and texture, our short rib racks have a minimum weight of 2kg, and will arrive as a rack of 4 bones unless you ask us to cut them (additional notes at checkout).
